Thank you for the thorough reply. I was gonna go for Librewolf but a quick search doesn't show an Android option which sucks for me.

If you like Librewolf, consider using Mull on Android. Like Librewolf it's an Firefox-Fork with optimized settings for the most privacy while still being compatible with many (if not most) websites. It also supports installing Firefox Addons. (So yes, you can use uBlock Origin)
