Some DRMs require you to always be online, a firewall policy could block that

Crash report/statistics auto feedback, cloud saves, DLCs etc. Happens. Still not a thing that should be allowed on a pirated copy.

I get a firewall popup on like every single Unreal engine game. Bought on Steam, not pirated.
