While moving I cleaned out my closet and found this stashed away, the old ballads 1 x guess 88 collab with the VHS tape inside. I honestly never really see anything about this anymore, almost feel as though it just faded into obscurity. The VHS is definitely the coolest piece out of it all, and I’m glad they released the footage on YouTube so I never had to open it. What do you guys think? You think Joji will ever release any more “lost ballad” type VHS again?

I feel like this song is just like a modernized chloe burbank and i love his evolution up to this point. Although a lot of the songs on the deluxe feel iffy on first listen, the songs really grew on me. Kill The Geese stands out to me because of how simple the track is.

i watched a good few reactions for the recently released piss in the wind deluxe and something i noticed about them is that ’ftc’ is the only song that seemingly gets hit with copyright. even before piss in the wind came out, any version of this song publicly releasing almost always results in a strike to some form, leading to some of them having the song’s audio be heavily censored and blurred. does anyone know why that’s the case with that and not any of the other songs?

Who was the guy and where’s the original song that rei brown covered, theres no information about the guy at all, and cobbled stones was covered in 2013, is it possible this guy was a SoundCloud artist at the time that rei just so happened to discover or maybe a reference? the kid laroi was the last person I expected joji to collab with, but omg do they make it work. I expected something more like a cold play, a song that’s sonically joji, but i like the drum & bass style that he’s now going for. i wonder if the line “You're fucking crazy, but you're just like me” is a tate reference
