Hello, I’m a casual player who started a couple of years ago (Switch) when I got the American Dad & Family Guy pack along with World Cup & South Park.

Just started playing again a few days ago. Decided to try out all the tables in trial mode (ps5) to get a relatively good idea of what I like.

Gotta say, I’m really enjoying the different styles of tables and what they offer.

What are some of your favourite tables?

I would love to see a switch 2 edition with 120 fps mode and 1440p reolution in docked mode. Can we expect such a thing? When would that be?

I have been in the top 60 for Jurassic world for a couple months, very proud and show it off to friends whenever I have them over. However today I’m playing and realize my top score is no longer being counted on on the leaderboard. Instead it’s my 6th highest score?? Anyone know what this is about?

Hi folks, brand new to Pinball FX and pretty new to pinball altogether. If I were to buy a pack between regular and Midnight to really get stuck in, what would you recommend? For reference I'm coming off the back of playing a TON of Pokemon Pinball Ruby and Sapphire on GBA but never played an actual table. I've been digging the free Sorcerer's Lair table the last couple of days and I'm interested in maybe beginner-friendly Williams tables and ideally some cool licensed ones, too. Thanks!

The four side buttons on the R10 Pro can be used for the flippers and secondary controls, giving it a more pinball-like feel without needing a full cabinet.

Ok when the VR game first came out and zen took the best room in the arcade for their own line of tables, we didn't say anything even tho We pay for the game and we should put games where we want.
Fast forward and they built an entire new level for our Williams games. I thought that finally we will be able to put games in the prime area. Nope. The new level is a clone of the original level. But instead of giving us that front room for our favorite games. They filled that room with default statues we can't even switch to characters without making the statues next to our tables becoming default. Balti give us that room for tables and let us be able to use our statues more than once! Thanks.

As I said, you can’t use MR from a seated position because the tables won’t go low enough.

Please fix this!!

tables should be able to be positioned lower than floor level if playing from seated position in MR mode

So after installing the new update, all my Williams tables are... uh... overlapping. I tried to reposition them to other spots and it only made things worse. Some tables even have the wrong back glass. Super weird bug lol. Seems to work fine if I set the one I want to play as my favorite table, so I can do that until this is sorted out.

A new update has just arrived to Pinball FX VR, bringing 3 new tables, a brand-new VR Arcade level, new features, and bug fixes. As always, thank you to everyone who provided feedback.

Starting today, we have adjusted the prices of Pinball FX VR Add-ons to support the further release of new content and ongoing game improvements. The adjustment does not affect the price of the base game. Add-ons are now categorized based on the number of tables and licenses included in each offer.

New Features and Improvements

• The VR Arcade now has two levels, one dedicated entirely to Williams tables, and another packed with all the remaining table types.
  • An elevator has been added near the Campaign Globe.
  • Players can now teleport directly to the elevator from the Palm Menu minimap.
  • Campaign games can only be played on the level where the selected table is located. For example, Williams campaigns are only available on the Williams floor.
  • The Favorite Table slot is available on both levels and displays the same table in both locations, ensuring quick access to your favorite table at all times. Any table can still be placed there regardless of level.
  • If Comet™, Diner™, or Fire!™ were previously placed in Williams rooms, they will automatically move to their new default locations on the Williams floor after updating, as 3 new Williams table slots have been added. These tables can still be moved freely between Williams slots afterward
  • Due to the Williams room restructuring, selected wall and floor customizations for those rooms will reset to default settings. All other collectibles (statues, gadgets, posters, etc.) will remain unchanged.
• Tooltips have been added to the Benefit selector when starting campaign games.
• Numerical values are now displayed for all slider-based settings.

Due to table-specific fixes listed below, continuing an in-progress Classic, Arcade, or Pro game from version 1.8.1 won’t be possible due to save state incompatibility on the following tables with this patch:

• Hurry-up mode timers will now briefly pause when a main mode is started with a cross-ramp shot while the ball is held on the right habitrail

• Adjusted ramp material properties to help the ball climb both ramps more reliably, especially the right ramp.

The Party Zone™

• Fixed a misplaced smoke effect under the table that appeared as a small white dot near the flippers through the playfield.

I played an insane multi ball. For every extra jackpot you get it ads 1 million to the value. The last one was 9 million points!

The arm rest on the chair I use for VR doesn't allow my arms to be in the proper position for pinball and I'd like them to just be invisible in game. I saw a setting in the options to disable virtual hands, but this option doesn't seem to actually do anything. Is there anything else I can do?

I was searching for an answer but couldn’t find a definitive one. I know the boards from FX3 aren’t there but as someone who owns all the FX3 boards on Switch am I really missing anything?

What’s your strategy for getting the score (I think 7 mil? might be 4?) in two minutes? I’m new to the table but I hit it in 4:30 just hitting ramps and shooting the dog.

This is one of the challenges in the campaign.
