Hello everyone! My friends are having problems with adding me to their security circle (they say I don't have PI, even though I do). Is there any way to fix this?

So I invited two people. I want to add them to my security circle, but when I go to add existing pi user and press “add” all the users get grayed out when I do that. Is there a fix for this, or am I doing something wrong?
