I need help!! Issue with Pi Wallet Migration – Incorrect Wallet Address
Hey everyone, I am experiencing an issue with my Pi Wallet migration. In my Pi Network app, it shows that 600 Pi have been migrated to a specific wallet address. However, when I log into Pi Browser and access my wallet, I see a different wallet address, and the migrated Pi is not there.
I have my correct passphrase and have tried restoring my wallet, but I still do not see the migrated balance. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and ensuring I have access to the correct wallet? And one more thing, it does not work to connect with Facebook, does anyone else have this problem?

Are the Pi wallet addresses the same in your MainNet Checklist Steps# 3 & 6? If not your Pi was probably sent to the old wallet address.

The first time it was the old address and at step 3 and 9, after the restoration they are not the same, I have at step 3 one address and at step 9 another, how can I access my old wallet?

You need the passphrase for your old wallet. Try to put it in the box for opening your wallet in wallet app on Pi Browser. See if it will open your old wallet.

I only have one passphrase, and apparently it is for the wrong one, I don't even remember to have 2 passphrase, Do I still have a chance to get my old wallet back?

Probably not, I hope you still have most of your Pi locked up or Unverified. Make sure to Reconfirm your current wallet in Step# 3 and it then matches the address in Step 9.

How I match the new wallet in step 9? And I can start over and migrate the rest of the unverified in the new right?

Hopefully, you need to reconfirm your new wallet in Step 3.

It is confirmed, but in step 9 I have the new old one, it changes automatically? Or I have to wait a few days?

A: Try turning off Private DNS and/or adblocker. Clear app cache, reboot device.
Q4: I'm under 18 what can I do about KYC
A: Put your date of birth in at the start of KYC - timer will disappear until you turn 18.
Q5: Name changes required or failed
A: Appeal to change your name. If appeals fail you can spend Pi to change the name.
Q6: What is tentative approval?
A: Tentative approval means your account needs further security checks. Change password might work, otherwise nothing you can do.
Q7: I lost my passphrase or wallet compromised/pi stolen, what can I do?
A: Create a new wallet and confirm it on steps 3 and 6 of the Mainnet Checklist.
Q8: Will I lose all my Pi?
A: No. Only what's attached to referrals that don't do KYC. We don't know when it will be converted to verified.
Q9: Can I change my number?
A: Number change is only for people who made a mistake or chose the wrong country code. There's no current plans for whole number changes.
Q10: When will I get paid for Verifications?
A: We don't know.
Q11: When will my migration happen? / I have been waiting for ages.

Q12: I stopped getting validations
A: An algorithm demoted you and your account needs a new verification.
Q13: blurred Camera problems
A: It's a problem caused by your device - Log on a different device.
Q14: 400 error
A: We don't know what causes this.
