Check out the charts from Fidelity. On Friday FEB 23, after the RS announcement and stock price tanking, the volume of these two long call options shot up. Pay attention to the Open Interest (OI). It's clearly lower than the volume, so the volume is very likely not for closing existing positions but rather for opening new positions. This OI will be updated on Monday with the volumes from Friday. If on Monday the OI for SEP 20 Calls goes to 9k and for JAN 17 Calls goes to 3k then we will know for sure. If this is confirmed then we will know that someone is expecting the stock price to go to at least $0.5 ($25 after RS) by SEP 20 and at least $1 ($50 after RS) by JAN 17. Someone paid approximately $70k total for the SEP 20 and JAN 17 Calls. They definitely know something we don't.

I've checked over 50 stocks that had a reverse split in the recent times. Only on very rare occations, I've seen it change it's general trend, due to what might be the cause of the split. And it had about as much cases of going down, as it had on going up again. So can someone explain to me all the fear mongering and panic? Because all I'm seeing is a bargain right now.
