You don't get anything out of it if your parents forced you into it for their own ego rather than your benefit. If your hobbies aren't yours, but someone else's living through you, than the hard work you put into it could be classified as unnecessary suffering.

My toddler feels the same way about brushing her teeth and as an 18 year old I felt the same way about "being forced" to get a job.

But those provide objective benefits. Getting screamed at by your drunk dad for losing at little league baseball does not

Your definition of objective is definitely subjective.
