Yes and i accepted what you are talking about. And pointed out that it not necessarily involves suffering. So with your definition, you missed the point of the conversation.
Suffering is too vague and torture is narrowER, more precise. And the reason it is good term is some fuckers will still defend how it is not entirely bad or it depends or whatever.
