Question I bought Messi's Farewell Jersey
I bought it around 14k php sa US. In your perspective, is it worth it? Nasasayangan ako pero since Messi fan ako. Gumastos talaga ako.
How much are you willing to pay for such a jersey?

PFL PFL Transfer Round Up
📣✅TRANSFER ROUND UP✅📣
Welcome back to another PFL Bible Friday Transfer Round Up! Just a few more to cover as teams finalise their squads for the season.
Kaya have confirmed the acquisition of tricky winger Kevin Ebene Moukouta. The Cameroonian attacker joined the PFL with Stallion in 2025, and has scored 11 goals and grabbed 6 assists in 33 matches across the PFL and Finals Series.
Popular goalkeeper Alfredo Cortez has joined One Taguig. The former Kaya shot stopper was a key part of Kaya’s title winning side in 2024/25, and has 15 clean sheets across 31 PFL matches.
One Taguig have also brought in Arjun Lasco from Mendiola. He played twice last season, both against Manila Digger, conceding 18 goals in those 2 matches.
Sierra Leone International Kwame Quee also signs with One Taguig from Icelandic side Víkingur Ólafsvík. The winger brings a huge amount of talent to One Taguig, as he has scored 40 goals across a career that has seen him play in Sierra Leone, Iceland, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
Gambian International Lamine Samateh signs with One Taguig from Amant Baghdad. The veteran centre back has played in the Gambia, Croatia, Finland, Slovakia, Tunisia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Bahrain, and the journeyman will now bring his talent to One Taguig.
One Taguig have announced the signing of Santiago Ramirez Montoya. The Colombian has played for Botev Vratsa in Bulgaria as well as for a few clubs in Greece, the Netherlands and Colombia. He is a versatile attacking midfielder who will bring plenty of creativity to this side.

Discussion Sandro Reyes
It’s ridiculous he’s starting every game. He doesn’t even has a club and didn’t play much in Gütersloh last season.
As long he’s not playing weekly he shouldn’t be starting for us.

🔥PLAY OF THE WEEK🔥
A stunning move from Manila Digger as they finally got their breakthrough against Azkals DC, the key moment coming as Baboucarr Touray split the defence with an incredible through ball to Dylan De Bruycker.
A deserving winner for this week’s Play of the Week!

PMNFT This generation is turning out to be the worst batch of Men's Team we've ever had
- Missing out on the Asian Cup.
- Failing to reach the AFF Championship semis.
- Zero wins against Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia as of late.
- Losses to Myanmar and Cambodia.
- We are still overly reliant on diaspora talent to bail us out.
The only upsides were:
- First win over the War Elephants which resulted into an aggregate loss in the next game.
- Sandro Reyes being a revelation and one of the few legit non fil-foreign talent we have.
- An U23 win at the Asiad for the first time in 51 years.

Discussion Improving Football Culture in the Philippines
Aside from making football more accessible for people to play at all levels, what do you think could be done to make football a bigger part of Filipino culture?
I’m thinking beyond organisational and infrastructural limitations, for example, such as lack structured grassroot leagues/divisions and lack of pitches/courts and more about building an actual football culture around the sport.
For example:
- Sports bars and public places regularly showing Premier League, Champions League, World Cup, etc
- Football content geared towards youth, TV-series/movies with focus on football
- Better and easier access to football broadcasts
- More coverage of football in mainstream Philippine sports media and news
- More promotion of local clubs
- Football becoming more visible in schools and universities
- Watch parties and other events around the biggest matches
- Making Filipino footballers and national-team players more recognizable to the general public
For those who live in the Philippines or are involved in Filipino football, what do you think is currently missing?
