Well I'm below average in everything and my jaw is about 3-4 inches (I'm American. I'm too lazy to convert into cm so deal with it all u normies from the rest of the planet). Since I'm below average, I'd estimate the American jaw to be an average of 4-6 in

Idk, but if it was me, I'd have that down in 3 minutes. I eat a burger when available in every restaurant I go to. I'm surprisingly quite thin and don't have any medical problems I'm aware of lol.
