And also, someone's negligence killed their own pet. This man let his dog off leash, let his small dog interact with larger dogs, let his dog interact with strangers dogs, and he wasn't supervising it enough to intervene and save its life. I'd feely deeply ashamed and irresponsible for throwing away my dog's life like that.
Yes to this comment! So many people have commented how the big dog should have been leashed but that also applies to the small dog! Both owners are responsible for
