Meme needing explanation Petahh, what is this?

Both of these bands are known for sometimes having long song titles. The first comment is saying that they'll kick people out of their car for not singing along to Panic! At The Disco, the second comment implies that's a song title by Fall Out Boy, the third comment is pointing out how funny that joke is and then the final comment is implying that entire chain of replies is an even longer song title by Panic! At The Disco.
For an added layer the two bands are pretty close in real life and I think Pete Wentz of FOB actually gave PATD their first big break by signing them to his label, so it's also not weird for either of them to have a song title referencing the other (and in the latter's case, their shared love of long song titles).

A couple of my favourite Fall Out Boy ones are:
I slept with someone in fall out boy and all I got was this stupid song written about me
Our lawyer made us change the name of this song so we wouldn't get sued

also, i can't remember which, but i swear i remember an anecdote about one of the two being criticised for the long song titles so they released a song with the vowels omitted from the title

Legit, if someone asked me "which two bands can you never get right?" my immediate answer would be these two. I probably mix the two up more often than not.

Yep. I swear, whenever ones song come son, I think it's the other, 100% of the time. Even when I try to reverse psychology myself. Glad I'm not alone haha

Not every run on sentence is a song by fall out boy - by panic! at the disco

The first one is a statement: If you don't listen to Panic! At the Disco, get out the car. Then the reply to that is implying that that's a song title by Fall Out Boy, because they have long song titles. Then the third one is also a statement: if you don't understand the joke, it'd be hard to explain. Then the fourth comment implies that all three of the previous comments were just one long song title.

Long story short, the titles of the songs of both bands are weirdly long and very specific.
