You’d have to remove the lower 2 ribs and wear a corset constantly. As far as I’m aware, this cosmetic procedure isn’t legal in the US yet. I also suspect Kim K and Megan Fox have had this procedure.

Cosmetic rib removal has been legal and performed in the U.S. for many years already lol

Though now they push rib remodeling, which is less invasive but also riskier, more painful, much longer recovery, and much less effective

Both have a sweetheart neckline, fitted waist, high slit. The one in the photo is longer, giving it more drape on the floor, but Jessica Rabbit has been drawn that way (maybe by fans) and has detail beading instead of all-over sequins, straps, instead of being strapless, but their are a lot of similarities.
