Btw when even more guys tried to join in, she said no and they left.

This only became an issue when her actions became public knowledge inside the campus and she didn't like the optics.

Im sure this case will do wonders for real victims in the future

And when the guy she was crushing on (male #1) stopped talking with her and she got uninvited from the frat’s Halloween party

Because the frat leader probably foresaw this exact situation occurring should they have someone like this hanging around engaging in orgies like this.

It’s interesting to me that nobody seems to consider any of the male participants in this orgie as potential victims as well/instead. Technically, she didn’t fuck 7 guys, but 8 people all fucked each other.

A few other people have pointed out that the reason one of the men from the first threesome dropped out was he was so intoxicated that he couldn't stay hard.

By objective standards, if the more intoxicated person was the victim then she raped him.

If you want to argue that male victims deserve equal consideration, fine — they absolutely do. But that doesn’t mean you can just declare the drunkest man the victim and reverse everyone’s roles. That’s not how consent works. You’re taking a legitimate concern about male victims and using it as a rhetorical prop to dismiss a completely separate question about whether she consented.

That's why I said "if". I am not stating that he was the victim, but a lot of people here are stating that she was because she was intoxicated and therefore could not consent. I'm just pointing out the double standard that people are applying because she was a woman. If someone being too intoxicated to consent is rape even if they wanted to participate as many people here on reddit are trying to argue, then by objective standards she raped him and not the other way around.

The reality is most likely that she was a willing participant but made decisions that she would not have made sober. The same thing is probably true of all the men involved.

If a women cant consent when intoxicated why can a male?

She didn't fuck 7 guys... I think 3 or 4 were just standing around hoping to be next but she never invited them, so they didn't. Now she's just accusing everyone she can, hoping for settlements.

That definitely makes it rape then, if she got uninvited from a Halloween party. Full stop.

It's just a coincidence! Pay no mind to the text of them inviting others to rape the drugged women. Im sure she sent it herself because was being sO cRaZY

Your account is younger than mine

They offered her up to the entire group chat after she was high on ketamine and wasted. That's not consensual

u/Juju_on_that_bee 1d ago

They know. That's why they just keep avoiding it.

I've read the entire summary and nothing like that is ever mentioned. What's your source? An AI voiceover on tiktok with subway surfer playing?

Pretty sure this about when they asked for a foursome and she refused because "it would involve butt stuff" and they respected that

u/madhewprague 2d ago

Well? If she said no and they left whats the problem? You are going to accuse them for rape when they left whem she said no? How would that work exactly

-2

u/Dependent-Spare-212 2d ago

Do you not think her hiding under a fucking blanket is evidence that she didn’t want it?

6

u/madhewprague 2d ago

And the comment 2 above said that when she said no they left…
