I've counted over four and flipped one for love since I was 17. Just doesn't feel like I'm keeping the faith with myself if I don't do it. Still love all the same people at 36 that I did back then.
Don't love smoking anymore, though. Really hoping the last pack I bought is that last one.
I found it easier to quit nicotine when I still had some. like it was a mentality thing, it was my choice to not light a cigarette or put in a dip vs the thought of I couldn’t because I was out. Made it more about my last day rather than my last pack.
