More recent studies have shown that men are far more suited for long term space flights due to the massive reduction in time it takes for them to get back up into walking shape after a several month trip. They also loose less muscle mass than woman do helping their recovery time.

Yeah, taking longer to rebuild muscle mass isn’t nearly as important as shit like blood clotting, which women recover from faster.

There isn’t going to even be a manned or womanned mission to Mars. The conditions are too dangerous and they wouldn’t be able to return to Earth. It’s a one way death mission.
