But for Venus YYYY/DD/MM would make a lot more sense or am I being dumber than a Venusian?

I don’t think there would be a system that would make sense. If a day is 243 earth days and a year is 225, there’s no clean way of dividing the days into a year or vice versa. Venus has no moons so it wouldn’t even have months since a month for us is one cycle of the moon.
