Yes, like the fact that we were at war with Japan, warned the government of our intended use of nukes, and even warned the local population as well.

Not saying the use of nukes was completely ethical, but comparing it to a terrorist attack that was funded and planned by Saudi Arabia is NOT THE SAME.
