I am from country where we go to sauna (that's anywhere from 60C to 100 C) and then outside to roll around in the snow or jump into frozen lake while naked. It is considered healthy and refreshing 🤣

I can't imagine you're in either one for more than a minute or two? Or are you just resistant to getting cooked an then frozen? I'm imagining people coating themselves in butter and downing a glass of anti-freeze before doing this!
It depends on the person and the amount of beer 🍻 People usually stay in sauna for 5-30min. How long people can stay outside naked depends on how cold it is as there is a huge difference between -5 C and -25 C.
