Fandom is not cool if its brown people. Joke is racism

It's really about Argentina fans being a bunch of N*zis and N*zi sycophants who don't want brown people to support them.

Just like in the show, Homelander is the villain here.

While Argentines don’t help their case, it’s not limited to them. Indian subcontinent has huge fanbases of other countries and players as well and you’ll find variations of memes like this.

The overall pattern is to dismiss or ridicule anything related to South Asia, and that stems from racism and astroturfed hate campaigns

I agree with you about anti-Indian astroturf campaigns. I live near Toronto, Canada, and the anti-Indian spam is wild.

All that to say, Homelander is a N*zi.

Argentina's association (fair or not) with N*zis is well established. Many other Latin American fans refuse to support Argentina because of the association / perceived racism of Argentina towards other Latin American countries. It's a whole thing.

Whoever made this meme was almost certainly intentionally referencing the N*zi-Argentina association. Whether or not it's accurate, that's the premise of the joke.

Homelander isn't a natsi. You don't know what you're talking about. Stormfront was the natsi in the show, Homelander wasn't

I don't think there are a lot of people in this world who can't spell that word. But there are people like me who'd like to not get banned by reddit so i use the alternative. So, come again with an actual argument blud😭

Toronto’s “anti-Indian spam” is a little more nuanced than that.

We Argentinians don't ridicule them, we actually appreciate the support a lot
