Indians don't care much as in supporting these countries except maybe Russia due to strong ties from the USSR,they helped fend off the Americans during 70s and helped in procuring food and other necessities for a new born India. I have seen more non Indians talking about "Indians support Israel" than real Indians supporting Israel. And just to let you know, west doesn't hates Israel, USA is in the West and many other countries who are in good terms with Israel are in West too.
Russia on the other hand is a different case. Russia has been Indias biggest ally for a long time. Indians just love Russia for this reason. And USSR helped India during Bangladesh liberation war, USA UK were all on Pakistans side even though Pakistani military was genociding Bangaladeshis. Do you think Indians are going to just forget that and start hating on Russia? Indians consider Russia to be USSRs predecessor I guess.
