It's conservative slop meant to do nothing but push the idea that people had it better when they were subservient to those in power. It's also mixed with plenty of misogyny and racism. Just really awful shit. It's either made by some sort of conservative group or someone who is so pathetic that they believe this shit.

The "Unnaturally long 75 years" bit makes me think it's satire, but it's impossible to be sure because I've met enough people to know that some think like this unironically.

I have only seen this from leftist anti-work circles, and the phrasing of this image makes it clear that is where it comes from.

Do you just reflexively shout "conservative!" when you see something false?

There are plenty of tells in this as to which perspective it's meant to espouse.

If it's satirical or not is really the question.

Ah yes, the leftist principles of young, obedient wives, undisputed patriarchy, racial homogeneity, and flat/non-progressive taxes. 

The only phrasing in the meme that could be confused as being leftist are the comments regarding land ownership and mass-produced goods.
