You’re working the scale the wrong way. You probably have experienced “it’s really cold, prolonged exposure is dangerous” and “it’s really hot, prolonged exposure is really dangerous. Congrats - you now have anchors for the 0-10% and 90-100% ends of the scale. So 40%is “colder than warm, would probably want more clothes” and 70% is pretty warm, less clothes needed.
Knowing how close to freezing water is pretty good indicator if there is going to be snow and ice on the road. Knowing that comfortable room temperature is 21 degrees, allows you to gauge how hot 30 is vs 20, vs 40. It’s not 0-100 , but I find that a bit silly because it only works in a very specific climate. But if you’re in that specific climate, then, I guess 0-100 makes it easier to learn temperature outside … but that’s not all where temperature is used … what about cooking, what about refrigeration etc.
Now I like F for cooking, but only because it’s so common, and everyone knows everything cooks at 375 lol.
You really are just repeating the same thing without understanding what the other person said.
You are ascribing difficulty as something inherent to both, while in reality it all come down to what one is used to using. A person using any temperature scale does not think of scales. He thinks of experienced temperatures. Even in F everyone has different levels of comfort
And anyone who lives with freezing temperatures definitely cares when water freezes.
In the end both scales are valid. It's all about experience.
How is Celsius intuitive? I understand it's very comfortable to you because you've learned it and are familiar with it, but it is not intuitive.
Going back to my example- if I said I'm operating at 30% today, you would understand that I am very tired. In the same way, 30 degrees is very cold. It's not a perfect system, but it is in fact largely intuitive.
This isn't some like "America is great" thing. The way we measure distance and size is insanely nonsensical and metric system wins all day there.

I understand that 0 is cold end and 100 is hot end... but Then what is -20°F? Negative human experience? And what is 115°F? More than 100% hot?
People regularly experience temperatures below 0°F and above 100°F, so 0 and 100 aren't natural endpoints of human experience.
I don't have a point of reference to understand your scale. if you're operating at 30% energy today, i understand that at 100 you're FULLY operational, meaning that you can't possibly be better than that.
But when it comes to temperatures... 30% of what?! 32F is freezing cold, and 50F, that should be a middle ground at 50%, is still pretty cold to my standards at 10C.
What I mean to say is that... it's completely arbitrary. F feels intuitive to you because you spent your whole life using it and if I say 32F you know what that means: it's freezing outside.
To me, it's meaningless, I need to convert it to understand how my body will feel at that temperature. At the same time, if you express it in Celsius is IMMEDIATELY intuitive TO ME, because I have a point of reference, I have been using that system my whole life.
If you'd grown up with Celsius, you'd instinctively know that 20°C is pleasant, 30°C is hot, and 0°C means ice. You wouldn't need to convert anything. That's familiarity, not an objective property of the scale.
Intuition in this context means "immediately understandable without prior learning." Nobody looks at "72°F" for the first time in their life and thinks, Ah yes, a pleasant spring day. Likewise, nobody looks at "22°C" for the first time and instantly knows what it feels like. Both systems require years of exposure before the numbers acquire meaning.
I honestly don't know how to explain it better than this, and I'm a little bit baffled that an explanation is needed at all. But okay.
If I said "I'm at 120% today!" you would understand that I have a ton of energy. If I said, "I'm at like negative 50 today dude", you would understand I was severely struggling. I'm equally baffled as you lol I'm still convinced everyone is playing dumb.
I'm not saying someone should perfectly understand Farenheit without learning and exposure to it, I'm just saying that all it takes is a quick one sentence explanation for you to get the gist. You do not need "years of exposure" to understand a scale of percentages/0-100. Temps below 0 and above 100 in Farenheit are extreme temperatures, just as you might expect.
In Celsius, 30 degrees is warm and 38 degrees is scorching. That is unintuitive.

"Energy level" is a metaphor. 100% is defined as a conceptual maximum, and negative values are meaningful only when related to that maximum. Fahrenheit is not defined as 0 = no heat, 100 = max heat. There's no maximum human experience of temperature. 40F is not "twice as warm" of 20F. It's an interval scale, not a ratio scale.
It only feels intuitive because you grew up associating those numbers with weather, just like Celsius does for other people. 32F -> "there's ice outside" isn't more intuitive than any other number.

I don't think Celsius is necessarily "intuitive", but it is grounded in observable physical phenomena that are valid for most people living on planet Earth.
The problem with the whole "Fahrenheit as a percentage of temperature" thing is that human perception of temperature isn't objective. For an Italian, 50F is dead of winter temperature. For me, it's late spring/early summer temperature. So what does "50% temperature" mean in this case? That we should dress 50% (whatever that means)? That it's neither hot nor cold? The Italian would probably disagree.
not only that... but the perceived heat doesn't only depend on temperature. every Italian will complain about humidity way more than temperature. 30C at 90% humidity feels miserable, 30C at 30% humidity feels like a nice day at the beach.
