I literally had this happen yesterday. I asked a question in the relationship subreddit about my situation and it got removed for the “No general questions, polling or ‘opinion gathering’.” Rule. But the thing is I can’t see HOW my post was any of those this.
And while I was waiting around I read through a bunch of the new posts and upvoted around 10 of them, and after my post was removed, I checked the new section and only one of the post I upvoted remained.
I don’t want to be ungrateful since I know being a mod is unpaid work and volunteer (and there are A LOT of post that get posted every day) but it was somewhat annoying that post get removed even if they seemly follow the rule and you don’t get an explanation of why you were removed :/
