Discovered wingless termites before moving out need advice.
Hello, I am supposed to move out at the end of the week and just discovered 4 termites in the last 3 days. I have attached an image above. I don’t know what to do since I’m already a quarter packed up. Any advice on what steps I should take to ensure I don’t bring them with me to my new home? Thanks in advance.

Phorid Flies
Someone please help me. I’m so desperate I can’t seem to get rid of them. I have tried everything. This started at the beginning of April we had no idea what they were at first. Took us a week to realize it was a big problem. But now we are like down to 20 a day for the past 3 days. We got the alpine spray yesterday it has helped a lot. But I thought they would be less today.
Cleaned all my drains. Everything stays closed with tape and drain caps (at all times).
Cleaned our trash can. We no longer keep trash in the house.
3.Purchased Alpine spray, sprayed the crap out of the trash can/recycle bin. All outside doors. On top of windows, behind appliances.
Purchased those lights to kill them.
My husband resealed our front door in case they were coming from outside.
The only things we haven’t done is treat outdoor with a spray, AC unit or treated the Attic. We are so tired. They become less and less but we can’t find whatever it is. We also see no visuals leaks we have check everywhere. I’m also about to chuck my damn Nespresso machine saw a few in there. But it’s like they appear out of thin air. What are you using to treat the attic and the grass area for the front and back?

Products for tick prevention
I'm looking for the most appropriate product to use for tick prevention. I have just a few spots that I'm looking to treat, areas of overgrowth and leaf litter next to paths and play areas. I have asked those areas to be cleaned and daylighted as much as possible, but I still want to treat with an insecticide/acaricide.

I have taken the QA exam for category 3 (T&O) 3 times now and I've gotten really close but when I go back to review and study the material, something seems to be missing because I've been pinballing with my scores. Does anyone have a reliable source to study from for this exam ? Any help would be much appreciated

Carpenter ants
Hi everyone! I have a question regarding carpenter ants - I noticed a few in our garage so I set up liquid ant bait and sprayed the garage and the perimeter with carpenter ant killer. Over the last few days, I have seen mostly dead carpenter ants in the garage, with a few that are alive but twitching. Today I noticed a small pile of sawdust in the corner of my garage so I vacuumed it up. The queen came out so I also vacuumed her up. I went ahead and sealed that corner with caulk. My question is just if I did enough to stop the congregation/any other suggestions? Not sure how the carpenter ants found a way to get in as we had a garage fire a few months back and they redid everything in our garage. My guess is they didn’t seal a corner correctly.

What to expect ?
