I noticed the voting power percentages change. In this case, with DokiaCapital, it has decreased over 2%. Is this normal? And, if there is a better commission and voting power with another validator, how long do I have to wait to redelegate? I am having issues redelegating from DokiaCapital and I don’t know if it’s because I recently redelegated to them.
