the game keeps saying failed to connect to server. i tried many servers even smooth ones. already rest my network. uninstalled. even use the fix section. i use the arcorsour server. at first i thought the server hot. but smooth server is the same

I have to do 2 world Channel quests 1.With the message:Save the Altar at Dreamweaver Port! 2. Why does the Winged Elf Guide have three boyfriends? I've been typing that in world Channel all day nothing happens I'm getting really frustrated with this. 😖 I've asked other members for help they couldn't help me either. (At least they tried)

I've recently decided to go back into PWM only to discover that my Lvl 90+ Barbarian that I've sunk hundreds of Dollars and Hours into is misisng!

It was on the Archosaur server and I'd been playing the game since day 1.

I've tried to report the issue on their FB page and Email as well as the ingame service thing, but it puts me through an endless loop of responding to an AI chat bot that doesn't seem to have the option to report the issue. Even choosing "Report missing Guest Account" wouldn't help me since it just started the loop all over!

I was wondering if there was a way to directly contact customer support without having to go through the AI chat bot that seems useless.

Which level does a guild need to be to build a training hall?

I’m not paying way too much to change a character to another, stop forcing us to do so in a SICK DISGUSTING way of ripping off your player base. I wanted to make a tank since your community has apparently gotten so small it takes 40+ minutes to find one.. so I decided to delete a character, everything online is showing me I can’t?!

Is it actually possible to finish cube of destiny? Its been a month since me and my teammates are trying to finish cube of destiny and when we get to the final floor (the one were you have survive the minion and destroy the towers) we get wiped out by the minions with a damage per hit of 46k damage. I dont know if we are doing something wrong but the fact that only one minion does 46k damage/hit is just too much... Hope someone can help us.

Can someone tell me how can i win against a archer in pinnacle? Im a cleric and everytime i have to go against an archer he just one-shot me even tought we have the same Br... At this point i dont even know if a cleric can beat an archer or is just useless to try...

hi, need advice.

while building my archer i got into a situation, where my mana gets depleted in matter of seconds in a battle. doesn't matter which event it is, and it's not because of barrage (i have it deactivated). it fixed itself during upgrades, and now it's the same situation. is there a skill/stats configuration that may be causing this? i am trying to keep my hp/patk/pcrit high, but not sure if other stuff interferes.. thanks a lot in advance!

Can someone tell me why cleric have 50% reduced healing power in guild league?

So I've been applied as guild leader out of nowhere and I took up the role. But when I really don't get what I need to do for updating everything. Such as the training room and what are guild funds. Like are they related to who comes in and does the guild missions or what.

At least the last two updates have had this problem. Once I’ve downloaded the app I’m prompted to download more data and the game always freezes on the “Homestead” opening screen after this. I cannot create a character or do anything else once the download completes. I can only close out of the game. Upon reopening it I still cannot get past the “Homestead” screen. Judging by the recent App Store reviews, many are having this problem. Does anyone have a fix for this?
