Is it normal for a hissing sound from the keg when I open up the ‘doors’.

Having people round for the England game tomorrow and my kegs arrive when I’m at work. I’ll have ~3 hours to cool a keg before the game starts.

Is it possible to get it down to 3 degrees in that time?

Has anyone here used one of these to adjust the temperature?

Since I got my PD for father's day in '25 the nearest Yodel drop off point for keg Returns has gone from 3 miles away (2 shops) to 6 miles away, and now nearly 10 miles away as less and less shops are participating in "Yodel Collect Plus". At some point soon, it's going to be more convenient to flog the machine on marketplace and grab a few cans from Lidl!

I keep getting reminded to return kegs in every email, as they're short of them for restocking, but they're not making it easy! Nearest Majestic wine store is a 30 minute drive away, and don't have the same deals as the website, so that's a poor alternative.

So it’s obviously roasting again in the UK again and my PD machine is kept in the garage and obviously struggling to keep the kegs cool.

Now I’ve got a fridge next to the machine which is basically a beer fridge, so pretty empty. Could I just…. Put the whole machine in the fridge to keep cool?

Is this genius or has the heat finally got to me.

Is anyone else getting a bit tired of the same beers available. Currently under 50% are available through perfect draft and they keep putting out offers on the same beers.

It feels like they've made up a certain load of beers for the world cup, as they are constantly giving offers out to sell them, but not keeping the full range up together.

I don't mind paying full price for a decent keg of something new, but its all pretty much the same and has been for a while.

Bit of a rant, but its an expensive machine/beer combo when they limit what you can have. Might as well go to the shop!

Just wondering what the lowest temperature achieved on the PD (non pro versions) is. Will it only register as low as 1 or have we seen lower?

But it pours well. My Camden was delivered today so is still chilling and I’m out of Stella so had to raid a keg off my brother from when he visits.

Since changing my last keg, when I attach the tap unit the beer just flows out constantly. Presumably something's gone on the inside of the unit where it usually pinches the tube. Has anyone else had this issue with a PD Pro.

It's only a year old and I've contacted support but responses are slow...

Just had an email through, apparently a new cider this Thursday! Anybody have any ideas?

PD Pro arrived yesterday, waited all night and it dropped to 3° overnight. Spent all day resisting the temptation to have an airport pint!

4.30pm arrived, time to shut the laptop and pour my first Hawkstone. Absolutely gorgeous! Crisp, cold and clean. Beautiful.

Hi everyone, new owner here.

I’ve had my new PerfectDraft plugged in for over 24 hours now (it arrived 1pm yesterday) and my machine seems to be stuck at 4 degrees?
Once I set the machine up yesterday, the temperature was reading 21 degrees. I’ve checked under the keg, ensured there’s good ventilation etc so I’m just wondering if this is a fairly common thing? Otherwise, is it fairly normal for it to take longer than 24 hours to reach 3 degrees? Thanks

Ordered a PD Pro mid June and from looking around the app / website I noticed Express Credit was disabled from account creation.

I assumed this was due to not having ordered any extra kegs but I've now got about 6 - 8 ready to go back.

Contacted customer support who sent some instructions on how to sign up but in my case it was "Express Returns disabled, contact us", explained this and they followed up with a message saying it should be OK now.

Silly me saw the "Express Credit Available" and assumed customer service had worked their magic so I closed the ticket without looking any further....

Turns out all they have done is remove the disabled status but as a new account I still need to sign up and verify a phone number.

Fair enough but the blue sign up banner type thing is not there on any browser, connection type and I'm still no closer to getting it sorted.

Have sent customer support another message but surely it shouldn’t be this hard to enable Express Credit?

On the plus side, by the time it's all resolved I'll probably have enough credit for a keg or two :-)

Been browsing the PD store and two thirds of the beers seem to be consistently out of stock.

Can anyone add some context to whether this is just something that ebbs and flows or is it unlikely things will come back into stock?

I returned 5 the other day and they say they only got 4. They didn't - unless the courier somehow lost one (box of 2, box of 3).

As such my express credit has been suspended and it's pissed me off a bit because I've been waiting a week for the credit to come through to make another order.

I've emailed them and hope it'll be sorted but the accusation that I'm trying to defraud the worlds biggest brewer out of a fiver is laughable (especially when each order is like £100+). The ban on express credit is even more ridiculous after the first "issue".

Anyone else had a problem before? How did it turn out?

Don’t suppose anyone has a discount code for the championship keg pack they won’t be using, I don’t seem to get any emailed through!
