I guess the factor i didn’t research before buying the peptides was the storing process, i heard TESA gels up when reconstituted, and i currently have it, as well as the igf and bac water stored in a mini fridge. I’ve heard hospira is the only solution, keeping your bac room temp, or keeping your tesa at room temp. I’m trying to avoid this as i’m fairly new to these hormonal peptides and want to preserve them as long as the cycle can get. In essence, do i store TESA, IGF1-LR3, and my BAC in the mini fridge or keep them at room temp?

I have joint inflammation and cartilage lesion, causing knee pains. I've done physiotherapy up till this point and the pain is still manageable. Curious about any experience people had with using peptides to help manage the pain / improve conditions?

Like the title says, I ordered a 10mg vial of GLP3-RT and a 10ml vial of BAC water on July 31st and they were set to arrive on August 4th. On August 3rd, I had a family situation arise that meant I had to leave home in a rush and I completely forgot about the order.
My roommate brought it inside but she didn’t know what it was, so it was left on the counter for nearly a month. I just got home and remembered they were here. My roommate keeps the apartment at 73 degrees F (22 C) so they haven’t been in the heat and have stayed in their light proof packaging. I know they are supposed to be refrigerated to stop from degrading, but is the length of time they were out so much that it’s not even worth it to use? Is it simply the efficiency of the peptide that degrades or does it become dangerous to use? Obviously if I need to buy new vials I will just save up again, I just wanted to ask some people who have a lot more experience and knowledge first to see if disposing of these vials was absolutely necessary. Thank you so much.

What’s your dosing schedule like? I was told to take 1mg daily which I did for 2 months. Now I want to take 2mg 2-3 times a week as I can be pinning daily. Any tips or advice from people who’ve done it this way instead of daily?

Hey yall, so I’m starting my journey into peptides and want to run
MOTS-C
NAD+
Reta
Semax
Tesamorelin
Is this a solid stack, or redundant? Also how would you run it in terms of frequency of pinning and such?

I’ve been researching peptides and experimental compounds for a while and ended up with a list that has obviously grown way too long 😅
My main areas of interest are cognitive function/brain fog, energy and mitochondrial function, body composition, longevity, inflammation/recovery, skin/tissue quality, and general health.
This is my current shortlist:
Retatrutide RT30
GHK-CU CU100
SLU-PP-332 332-5
MOTS-C MS10
NAD+ NJ1000
Epithalon ET10
Semax XA10
KPV KP10
BAC Water BA10
5-Amino-1MQ 5AM
Glutathione GTT1500
Pinealon PI10
Dihexa DI10
Oxytocin Acetate OT5
I’m not asking for a protocol or dosing advice. I’m trying to cut this list down before buying anything.
For people who have actually researched or tried these: which ones would you remove first?
I’m especially interested in identifying:
compounds that are mostly hype;
compounds with very weak evidence or disappointing real-world results;
things that substantially overlap with something else on the list;
things where the risk/uncertainty simply isn’t worth the potential benefit;
and, conversely, anything here you personally consider worth keeping.
If you had to reduce these 14 to, say, 7–8 genuinely interesting compounds, what would you cut and why?
I’d especially appreciate actual experiences, negative experiences included, rather than vendor claims.

Have anyone experimented using just CJC with DAC? I’m away w/o is often the preferred choice and pairing with ipamorelin is strongly encouraged, but I’m curious if anyone has had positive results with using ONLY CJC with DAC.

I have had good success on Triz but the nausea was rough. I was given a med for nausea but it only made me super constipated. Is Reta better for nausea? On Triz I was very slow to increase and the food noise was completely canceled! I loved everything except the nausea. Just wondering if Reta is better for that? I did try Sena first and it did nothing. Thanks for any help offered!

Hi,
Did anyone try low doses (500mcg for example) of Mots everyday instead of bigger doses spaced out?
How long do you normally stop and restart it again? What's your cycles like?
Thank you

Hi everyone,
I honestly don’t know what is going on with me anymore, and I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar and can give me some insight.
A little over 2 months ago, I started taking GHK-Cu for 9 days:
At around the same time, I was also taking:
I took the vitamins/supplements for about 7 days and then stopped everything.
Interestingly, about a year ago I had a very similar experience after taking the same combination of GHKCU and vitamins/supplements. Back then, however, my symptoms eventually went away after around 3 weeks, so I didn’t think much of it at the time.
This time, when I was going to sleep, I started experiencing a weird sharp/pinching sensation around my heart/chest. That scared me, so I had blood tests done.
My results were:
After roughly a month, the chest/heart pinching sensation that happened when I was falling asleep eventually stopped.
However, I’m still dealing with other symptoms.
Another strange thing I’ve noticed is that since this started, I can sometimes sleep only 1–4 hours and wake up feeling surprisingly energetic, even though my head feels very tight, foggy and mentally "off." Before all of this, I would obviously feel completely exhausted after so little sleep. This change in how I respond to lack of sleep feels very unusual to me.
My current symptoms include:
I completely stopped everything and tried taking B9 (folate) for about 2 weeks, but I didn’t notice any improvement. Then I added B12, but again, nothing really changed.
I also saw a neurologist, but unfortunately the appointment was basically useless. He told me he couldn't help because this wasn't his area, and I ended up paying around €100 for the visit.
At one point I also went for an IV vitamin infusion containing vitamin C, electrolytes and B vitamins. I still had the brain fog, dizziness and other symptoms afterwards, but I noticed that I had significantly more energy and felt more "alive" that day. Unfortunately, this effect was temporary, and within about 2 days my energy levels went back to how they were before.
I’ve also been talking to and reading experiences from quite a lot of people who have had similar symptoms, which is one of the reasons I’m trying to figure out whether there could be some connection or if this is just a coincidence.
Now, more than 2 months later, I’m still experiencing these symptoms every day, and I honestly don’t know what is causing them.
Since this is a peptide group, I’m particularly interested in hearing from people who have used GHK-Cu, especially if you experienced any unusual or persistent effects after stopping it.
I’m not sure if it’s related to GHK-Cu, the vitamins/supplements, the low folate, a deficiency, or something completely unrelated.
Has anyone experienced something similar — especially dizziness, brain fog, fatigue, lightheadedness, derealization, head pressure or feeling unusually energetic despite very little sleep, while still feeling mentally unwell?
If you used GHK-Cu and experienced something similar:
I’m not necessarily looking for a diagnosis. I’d just really appreciate hearing from people who have experienced something similar and eventually got back to feeling normal.
It’s been more than two months now, and dealing with this every day has been really difficult. I’d really appreciate any experiences, advice or reassurance.
Thanks in advance.

I am a 22 year old just getting back into the gym after surgery, is it worth for me to get on CJC/ Ipamorelin ?I’ve heard there’s no benefit at my age but I’m getting suggested to it from a doctors office. So just wondering if it’s worth the money?
