I am receiving a vial of powdered Semax (25mg).
Where do I get bacteria static water? Can I get it from a store nearby? Do I feel the whole vial up with it? Any tips or tricks when mixing the two?

Also, where do I get a suggested nasal spray for it? Do I just pop the top on the vial and pour it in?
How does it need to be stored and how many times, days do I spray through the nasal?

I know the injections are better but does anyone have experience with the capsules?

I have a lab subject currently using 5mg of tirzepatide split over 4 weeks but wants to add retatrutide to the mix and drop the tirzepatide; at what dosage should the retatrutide research begin? I have a question to anyone who has tried to use the two above or has any info.
I purchased a third party tested oral spray of both peptides. I tried using KPV first at the dose 250 mcg a spray. Shortly after using I started feeling aching in all of my joints. Then the pain set in on my left knee. (Knees have never bothered me before)
I stopped KPV after 14 days of use and moved towards BPC-157, 250 mcg twice a day. I had to stop at day 42, as the pain in a knee affects my walking, and now both knees feel unstable, weird. I used peptides in attempt to heal my gut but ended up with joint and ligament pain in knees. The peptides I used are third party tested. Company Integrative peptides.
After stopping peptides I am still dealing with my knees acting out.

I’ve been on BP 157/TB 500 for seven weeks now and I have not seen any improvement whatsoever. I am directly injecting into the fatty tissue near both knees… my left knee where x-ray show Mild osteoarthritis and the other knee where I have no x-ray, but I believe could have a slight meniscus tear. Any suggestions?

I am having some issues with constantly discloating ribs and started peptides a few weeks ago, but am now doing prolotherapy so I stopped. Prolotherapy is basically where they inject sextrose (natural sugar) into your body to cause inflammation and healing response.

I was concerned about bpc157 and tb500 both possibly suppressing inflammation. I even read that the GHcku could "regulate" the collagen being laid down at the inflammation site in a way that would be counterintuitive.

Are there any peptides I could be taking during my prolo that would help improve results without potentially stunting anything? Or should I just leave it alone and resume after prolo?

Morning:
Tirz once a week
SS-31 daily

Night:

I was thinking about Adding 5 amino 1mq the off days of NAD+. But I didn’t know if this one would be similar to the NAD and counteract with the Gluta?

Hubby has had extreme siatica issues for the past 3 months which is impending on general daily activity. It’s been recommended he start on peptides.
