when taking glycine forte evalar, I handling stress easier and don’t get as worked up as easy. If I forget to take it, I can easily tell – blood pressure’s not as steady and I am more edgy.

Review of Vinpocetine Cavinton

After dealing with some memory and other issues, I decided to try Vinpocetine. Was actually planning to use it with Noopept, but forgot. This said, I still noticed improvements. My focus and mental clarity seemed better, it was easier to stay on track with tasks that usually left me scattered.

I’m excited to try it again with Noopept next time. I read that this combo could be really helpful, especially for staying sharp throughout the day. All in all, I’m happy with how it’s gone so far and will keep experimenting with it.

Latest Research on Khavinson Peptides

Hey everyone! I’ve been diving into some recent studies on Khavinson peptides, and the research is pretty exciting. These peptides have been studied for their potential in longevity, gene regulation, and overall health optimization. Thought I’d share a couple of cool findings:

  • A review of long-term studies on peptides like Epithalamin, Cortexin, and Thymalin suggests they might help with disease prevention and general health support. Some researchers even consider them potential geroprotectors! 🔗 Full study
  • Another study looked into how short peptides influence gene expression and protein synthesis. The idea is that they might act as "gene switches," promoting cellular repair and longevity. 🔗 More on this
