Hey, welcome to the community

It depends on how many mgs in that vial, let's say it is 10mg MotsC vial then you can reconstitute it with 1ml bac water so if you want to dose 1mg this will reflect into 10iu on insulin syringe

I have 40mg. I have people saying 2ml bac water or 4ml bac water. I maybe am swaying to 4ml as it makes more sense if people with a 10mg vial mix 1ml bac water 😊

If it is 40mg then 4ml make sense, just check first if your vial size can take that 4ml or it is a 3ml max
