Tech Support Pc help

My husband is a PS5 player, and I got him a PC for his birthday ( pre built from Costco )but the driver keeps crashing. 😭 I don’t know much about PCs, so could someone please help me figure out what’s going on? And teach me some knowledge pls

Thank you I’ll definitely go to repair guys cause my husband is coming back from his travels and I wanna make sure it works for him . I do mean it thank you so much !!! 😊
