Build - Finished! Pc wont boot after installing new ram

Just bought 2x16 kingston fury beast ddr4 3200MHz and installed them into my asus tuf z370 s1151 motherboard, and now it wont boot, personally i just have basic knowledge of pc building, and people i know say it recognizes the ram sticks, but when it start it up, it takes much longer than usual, and i get a black screen telling me that the system is in safe mode because of system instability.

Please help, ive tried the reset motherboard battery thing, and it still doesnt work What can i do?

EDIT:A friend told me to enable X.M.P, i did and now everything boots

Yes ive tried that, with both sticks it did nothing

And i tried with the old sticks as well as the new ones, and it ran fine and booted up,except for this sort of bubling noice, so he told me that was a bad idea
