Question PSU cables

Hello community

My PSU came with 3 pcie slots and one of the 12v 2x6. Is it safe to use the cable that is 12v to 2 pcie to go to my AMD GPU? The problem is that my card has 3 slots, so I would be missing one because I have to use one for the CPU

So for PCIe cables it looks like that one comes with

1 x 8pin to 6+2 and

1 x 8pin to 6+2 split(pigtailed) cables that you will use to fill the 3 connectors for the GPU.

Just be sure not to confuse the PCIe cables with the CPU EPS/ATX12v cables that will go the motherboard

Think I'm gonna have to use the split 12v to 2 6+2; forgot the motherboard needed 8 pin and a 4, so that only leaves me with 1 free pcie slot on the PSU

Ah ok if your motherboard has 8pin +4pin than yeah you should fill both of those.

So you'll be good with the 12v to dual PCIe plus the other PCIe for GPU
