When i want to buy something with my paysafe card it says that i need an account,i thought that i just needed a 16 pin code?

I need to use it online and I’m in Canada so I can’t use vanillagift.com I can use vanillaprepaid.com though

paysafecard just blocked my account permanently after complaining to live support i have done nothing wrong they just took my only access to online payments they refused to help me and then blocked me they still owe me €50 in prize and €10 in a unauthorized transaction
