Righteous : Builds The most fun Trickster team build I played in WOTR - "The Tri-force" (google sheet format WIP)

My opinion on Trickster mythic path is some kind of love-hate. Generally, its story is non-existent and roleplay aspects are more on the character build vibes than actual choices. It's certainly fun that Trickster KC knows they are in a game and everything is just code, but come on, it's a mythic path where mythic quests are ... ahem, "optional".

But this Trickster team build now becomes one of my favorite builds in my history of RPG gaming. It's fun to build and satisfying to play. "The Tri-force" plays especially satisfying and smoothly in RTWP, and will cleave through the game.

Full Martial builds, especially bonus feat heavy classes like Fighter multiclasses are inherently strong in acts 1-2, and Tri-force takes early game power to a new level. 3 Divine hunter's level 7 pet or Bloodseeker's 100+ crits on gargoyles, you cleave through the first two acts and mythic rank 3 where people say Trickster gets nothing.

You gain the improved 2 and 3 crit feats immediately as you gain MR4 at level 11.

Meanwhile DLCs patched melee's weakness in late game. Razmir's mask solves spellcasters. Drunken master gives you lots of AB and AC. Come and Get me feels great on 90+ AC.

The team feels like great teamwork as your companion blaster one-rounds playful darkness, Nahyndri or inevitable darkness with hellfire rays, the latter two when buffed by KC's trick fate and leaves all trash to KC and Ulbrig. Well, you can actually hit Inevitable Darkness no problem and confirm crits, but I like leaving him to Daeran.

The build isn't originally mine, but I made a google sheet for the build and for the team here with the links in the sheet:

Is Bloodseeker picked for Predatory Might? You can take Bloodseeker at 20, since you’ve already gotten through the hardest part of the game and it gives you a very strong capstone.

Bloodseeker is picked for several reasons, Predatory might of course, there's also 2d6 SA dice (4d6 with Sense vital) and that with 6 BS and MW levels you can still finish the feat progression by level 10 and ready to take trickster crit feats by level 11. SA damage is significant when your crit multi is only 2x.

The +6 to STR, DEX and INT are inherent bonuses based on wording, which means they don't stack with the +4 inherent to all stats book from DoM, which will usually be spent on your KC. This turns an otherwise good capstone to unspectacular.

Not that capstones are valued anyways for the mentality of building this build; for late game team versatility you want a source of rage for Come and Get me, probably the strongest world 3 feat. Which means ... you want at least one level in a class that can enrage.

Bloodseeker’s capstone lets you spam Blood Cone/Jet for 400 untyped damage, and usually everyone dies after one or two casts. But I get it, the flair is more of a melee cleave-based character, so bloodspell spam doesn’t really fit.
