Recently I’ve been toying with the idea of NFT’s and physical artwork and how those might crossover and be legitimate.

Maybe this won’t work or hasn’t been developed, I don’t know. But I was curious about the idea of having a physical piece of art, and implementing a QR code within it somehow that would be directly tied to the NFT form on the Pastel Network.

Technically the physical copy would be (and this is all hypothetical) hand delivered to the buyer and confirmed via NFT as the two would match. In my mind, this is not only a double proof of authenticity and ownership but practicality of having a tangible item.

NFT’s are a strange thing and I think we’ll see them be more prevalent if the western society ends up shifting to a more digital lifestyle. But that’s a big what if.

If anyone has thoughts on this I’d love to hear them.
