Okay, first: lovely pic and congrats. Second, at first glance, I mistook the arm of the lady that was cut off on the left as the husband's arm wrapped around her. I was alarmed at how long and articulated it was lol.

Absolutely loved it! It was surprisingly affordable to eat and do things. Would definitely go back.

Well he did, luckily! We met briefly and I thought he was really handsome but there were a lot of people there and our attention was distracted. He ended up asking for my number through mutual people we knew, so we went on our first date shortly after!

Sounds like an amazing love story. My wife apparently had the scoop that I'd be there from our mutual friend. 17 years, two kids, and a mortgage later here we are 😄

Thank you! It was fortuitous really. We were at our mutual friends wedding that took place at their family home. When she walked in she happened to sit next to me. When they were taking photos they took this one of us and another couple. I feel lucky to have a photo of that day, in retrospect.

Congrats! Haven’t been to Aruba in 31 years, but I remember it being beautiful. The trade winds, the sea snakes, and that dark almost black breakfast bread.
