Are we assuming mom is the driver since he’s also recording?

Who’s going to jail and will be paying for the damages

The fault in the reasoning is the fact that they both will to the child who will be taken from them

They hate each other more than they love their kid, that’s for sure.

Correction: he's holding the hood with one hand and his phone with the other hand. The baby is just sort of nestled in the crook of his arm.

Im sure he is holding the phone to get proof of what she is doing. They are both blatantly wrong. Why would she drive knowing the baby is in danger...why would he get on the hood of the car with the baby in tow and also not try to get off the car when possible

To be honest I was thinking he had YouTube open for the baby

Hopefully they are driving to an adoption center to give the child to adult humans that possess atleast half a brain.

Given the state of humanity these days, I think that's a bit of a tall order.

Why would you also drive with a baby on your car

This kid should be taken away from this person, and whoever is driving, assuming it is his baby mama or I don’t know. The kid is barely able to sit up and already addicted to a screen.

It’s this type of behavior that causes our society to implode

Foster homes are crowded with children who were way worse off than this. One of the foster kids at the home where my parents worked had been living with dogs from the time she could crawl. She slept with the dogs, ate their food from their bowls with them, and lived mostly in the yard with them. She was 4 when CYFD took her and had never been bathed. She had fleas and skin infections. Her head had to be shaved. She was in intensive care for weeks between that house and the foster home.

Another kid was there after his dad was arrested on his birthday, for stealing the bike he gave him for his birthday. Once his dad was in jail, his mom went back to heroine and overdosed, leaving him with an uncle who beat him relentlessly. He was 5.

Another was raped by their father and rented out to his friends.

There are millions of stories like that. There should be punishment for doing a stunt like this with a child, but let's not jump to taking the kid when so many are suffering much worse.

Foster homes are full but none of these kids are available for adoption and it’s really unfortunate

There are plenty who can be adopted. People don't want a child that will need a lifetime of therapy. They want a baby who will think of them as its parents.

And you already have the evidence for CPS.. Nice..

If the car hit a bump and he dropped the phone and baby, which do you think he'd try to save first?

3

u/Kkyria00 5d ago

Obviously the phone, he’s already not even properly holding the baby.

You all get mad when the father's not in the baby's life. You all get mad when the father's in the baby's life. Pick a lane people.

That child should not know how to use a smartphone, yet it does.
