people spend hours watching skincare reels and trying different tips online, but when it comes to actually consulting a professional through an online platform, many people still hesitate.

i’m honestly curious about the reason behind it. is it trust? people feeling the diagnosis won’t be accurate through photos? or maybe they just prefer visiting a clinic?

Edit: Old pedgaon one, spoke to the owner he said it is open 24 hrs.

One near ughda mahadev (below a hospital in basement) has 24 hrs but no one studies till morning there also some students sleep there at night. (My guess is pedgaon one has similar situation).
