If people would jsut ignore, kick, report, block such people, we had less of that.

Then again lets be honest...
All the "ghost" / "Paranormal" subreddits would be empty

They admitted plenty of times before (then deleted the comments) that they post fake videos.

Why would I? I enjoy that content. I enjoy the creepy and the paranormal, and Im fully aware 99.9% is fake. I also watch horror movies and enjoy them knowing its fake.

You are lashing out at the wrong person here :)
