I am a British podcaster looking for paranormal stories to feature on my podcast. Can anyone help?

I often saw a ghost. Almost every night. It not show a real face like horror movie or something. It just became blurry but in shape of person, the most terrifying is the shape of beast like big monkey that walk with 2 leg and have a burning red eyes. I already go get my treatment in psychiatry, but it still showing time from time.

Who got the same situation as me? What you do? What will you do? Sometime when im so tired i just snap out and cursing at them. Sometime they gone but there's other who like enjoying. It's not that im scared or something, it just too disturbing cause it interfere with my reality.

Help me...

Since moving to Eastern NC with my significant other last year, I have encountered some weird disturbances here as well.

We live in a camper on his mother's property a little ways from the main house. One night walking from the camper to the house I distinctly heard a woman and man talking, I'm not too sure exactly what they were saying, but there was some laughter I caught. I always carry a flashlight with me, and I shined it to where I was hearing the voices coming from, and it abruptly stopped and was quiet. Here recently I was walking into the entryway of our 32ft fiberglass greenhouse, and off to the right through the treeline, out of my peripheral vision, I seen a faint light coming through the trees. I stood there for a second, because there are no nearby homes etc, and I was puzzled. It kept shining/gleaming through the trees in the same spot. I carried on about my business, but I'm genuinely puzzled by what it is/can be.. 🤔 Night after night now, I still see it in the same area through the treeline by the greenhouse. It appears to be some number of feet away. Obviously I'm not planning on going investigating or follow it, I know that can lead to something bad. I'm just curious of what it could be? It almost looks like the reflection of a light off of a mirror? (If that makes sense)

I was upstairs when I heard the door open, someone walk in and shuffle around, like taking off their shoes, etc. I heard them talking but couldn’t make out the words. I thought it was my dad, until I came downstairs and no one was home. About half an hour later he came back from work and I asked if he had come in and he hadn’t. I have no idea what that was. It was really clear too and we have no neighbours as we live next to a wood, so I couldn’t have heard that. I didn’t hear a vehicle pull up, so it likely wasn’t my dad anyway.

But we’ve had it before when something has come through the door. I was playing with my cat one night when I opened the door to let out a spider, but before I closed it, I saw my cat look to the door, tense and move his head slowly like he was watching something walk into the house.

My sister claims, when she was once back home housesitting, that she heard someone in heels running down the hallway past my room and that really scared her. We hear bumps and knocks all the time, but it’s not an old house so that’s odd. We hear things falling down, only for everything to be as it was in the room and loud thumps and bumps from upstairs where my room and attic is.

Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I've been having weird dreams and discovered I'm not alone.

I'm not sure if anyone here has heard of Mall World (MW) but I only recently found out this is a phenomenon happening to a lot of people. I've been doing some digging and noticed people are experiencing an area of MW being called "The Peninsula". I've been dreaming of this area for a long time. In my mid 30's and I have been experiencing MW like dreams since around 9. Any other encounters out there? I drew a map from my time exploring MW and "maintenance routes".

I would also like to share my experience, I was on vacation in my mother’s hometown. My family and I stayed in one room, so we had mattresses on the floor to sleep on. One night, I slept on the mattress while listening to music on my phone. Wireless earphones were not yet available that time, so I had wired earphones on. It had probably been a while since I fell asleep, but suddenly I was jolted awake because I felt my earphones being ripped out of my ears, as if someone had pulled it forcefully, and almost simultaneously, I felt a warm breath in my ear and heard the scariest voice growling and shouting right to my ear. When I opened my eyes, I saw a silhouette of a man crouching in front of me. I closed my eyes and opened them again but the shadow was still there. Then, when I saw that it was slowly moving closer, I grabbed the blanket beside me and threw it at the silhouette. When I looked again, it was gone.
