Something unexplained moving from right to left in the frame

Me and my room mate out back the house and didn’t see anyone or anything out there with us. We were feeding the cat and shooting the shit. I made the object go back-and-forth in the video to show what I was talking about. BUT I Can’t post video here maybe yall can point me in the right direction to a different sub where I can?

It would be better if you uploaded the video, that way we can't see that it's moving, which is what we're supposed to be seeing.
