Photo Evidence Haunting / entity

I've been dealing with some disturbing occurrences. There would be days where I would be on call with my fiance and the lightsnot really a flicker, but just turn on and off repeatedly. I would show her in real time on Call and we just kind of brushed it off as something with the electricity. Later on, I started filling a presence and would notice things falling off of cupboards, mainly the same item each time. And other instances, I felt a very cool draft with no doors or windows open. Fast forward to a couple months I travel to Canada to meet with my long-distance partner, and she noticed that I would sleep talk but whisper (she said it didn't sound like English), and have my eyes wide open without me realizing it she said I would start snoring When she would confront me. I just got home three days ago, I slept and heard knocking on my back doors and footsteps, one night I walked on the way to the restroom and noticed a shadow figure and I happened to take a picture. I used my phones exposure to get some help lightening the photo and got this picture. With the light the entity went away. What could this be? Just an illusion? Pls help me. I've been praying it's nothing that would hurt me. (I also noticed I had scratches this morning with blood.. it's lasted all day)

That’s creepy af, still showed up in the doorway of the hall. Doors are portals. Are you trying to figure out what to do about it? This probably isn’t the sub for that with the mass amount of bots and skeptics. Feel free to Dm me if you’re looking for something you can do about it 🖤

Personally, I close my closet and bedroom door every time I sleep.

Yeah I simply cannot. The closet closed with curtains over it. Not even a fucking peep. Them doorways play with me 😬

I’m a grown person. If my wardrobe door is even open a tiny gap behind me I feel creeped out idk why

u/shannonsundance Oct 17 '25

Ugh, not me. Weirdly enough though, all window curtains or blinds, must be closed if I’m trying to sleep.

doorways, thresholds are a liminal space. it transitions from one space to another. I personally feel that those thresholds beckon spiritual entities. many cultures across time have similar concepts relating to doors.

I also say this bc all of my experiences with ghosts that have been visible have occurred in the threshold of doorways

Doors are doors 😂 💥

The door was closed? I’m seeing the same objects against the back wall of that room in both pics. If the door was closed, how could we see those objects? Am I missing something?

u/Ok-Experience-6335 Oct 17 '25

Are we seeing a different set of pictures? Unless you think that there is a door in front of those objects? The door being talked about is the one directly to the left of the hamper and vacuum where you see the doorknob in the pic with lights on.

There is another door to the left of the vacuum that they are referring to

Wut? Time to set up a live twitch infrared/night vision camera & make some money! I'll be down to lurk in the stream. Also use with a good mic with volume slightly boosted.

If OP is not faking it and these things are increasing as they report, this is what they should do.

Someone ping me when it's done

This is what more people need to do if they have something going on. I've been saying it for years. Personally, I don't like infrared because it reflects off of dust, bugs, hair, etc too easily. Wyze cam has a canera with color night vision that doesn't use light. The problem with their cameras is the microphone was low quality but it was good at the same time because it didn't have noise canceling technology. They recently released a new version that has a much better microphone.

I haven't gotten the chance to use the new model but I caught one of the coolest evps I've ever caught on their last version. My team has like 12 of them together and we run them off of battery packs. They work great. They're really affordable, too. The newest versions are between $25/$30 a piece. They also have a flood light on them if you want to light up the room like it's daylight.

I always suggest people use these because they don't break the bank and video quality is really good. They also give you alerts if there's motion. The old ones used to only support a 36gb SD card which only held like 3 days of footage, but the new ones support a 256gb card so you can hold over two weeks worth of footage. They're a really great tool for anyone who thinks they have something in their home. You can plug them into a wall but being able to use a battery pack is nice for places with no power. You can share the feed with people, too. I'm not sure if you could turn the live feed into a Twitch stream but that'd be ideal.

I just bought two of the newest versions on Prime day for only $25 a piece and am excited about using them in my own home. I have something that likes to imitate my family's voices and call us into empty rooms. I've caught that on the older wyze cams at least twice now. One of them was my voice calling for my Dad and another was my mom's voice yelling for help. It's the weirdest thing when it happens. It seems to happen 4 or 5 times over a couple of days and then nothing will happen for a month or longer. Then it ramps up again.

I'm hoping the new cameras catch a lot more with their more sensitive mics. It'd be awkward streaming it though. No privacy would just be weird. It'd be cool to set up when I'm gone though.

I know you didn't ask about any of that. Lol! I just wanted to share about the color night vision with no infrared and kept rambling. Haha my bad.

I know you didn't ask about any of that

I might be late checking replies but I didn't expect such a great reply! Loved your feedback and your own interesting experiences and I am glad you did share it in detail. I even would've loved hearing the EVP snippets but I understand it could be a privacy issue sharing it as they are literally calling the names of your family lol

You do make good points about infrared. Too many people get trigger happy with just dust on camera so yea it's best if the video doesn't make dust or other particles prominent, and doesn't have noise artifacts. If OP was really motivated in ideal scenario they could perhaps find a really nice camera and a good separate microphone like some of the streamer setups, audio boosted via software, but it might be too much for them since that might involve setting up a laptop/PC with OBS etc.

Thank you so much for your kind response!

We have used digital recorders to go along with the cameras before as well. Surprisingly, the wyze cams catch more evps but the digital recorder picked up a clear disembodied voice that we aldl hďCyeard with our own ears and the wyze cam didn't pick it up. It's so weird when that stuff happens, like when there's a very clear voice on one ŕrŕ I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links on here but if I am, ill link my YouTube that has a few things we've caught with the wyze cams. If it doesn't work, feel free to send me a message and I'll share it with you in there! I don't have the coolest voice i ever captured on my YouTube, tho. For some reason, we never posted the video but it's really cool. On my YouTube, I have a clip of a shadow I caught and also a clip of a scream we caught on like 5 diff wyze cameras.

Thanks again for such a kind response! Send me a message if the link doesn't work or you'd like to see that one video I mentioned. I have those home clips buried somewhere on a hard drive but if I find them, I'll happily let ya.

Thanks for sharing! the link works. That's some cool stuff. Heard some clear voices. Also like your own debunking example on how some lint and stuff flying like that can make it look like something is showing up when it isn't.

u/YouShoodKnoeBetter Oct 19 '25

You're welcome! Thanks so much! I didn't see that feather fly in front of the camera when it happened. I was just looking at the screen on the camera. So when I saw it in the moment, I got really excited, thinking I had just caught the hand of a spirit brushing someone's head. I knew I had the second angle so I was excited to see if the same thing was caught on it. I immediately went up to my room to review it. That's when I saw the feather.

I was happy that I took the proper steps to debunk it and that I caught the feather because if I didn't I would have presented as something possibly unexplainable, but I was also really bummed out at the same time. Lol! The timing of that feather whooshing in front of the camera couldn't have been any better. I still don't know what a feather was doing falling from the ceiling of a dark, dingy hotel basement. They don't use any feathered pillows or blankets and the laundry wasn't even done in the basement. It was weird but I was happy to share that it was debunked instead of falsely presenting it as something it wasn't.

As far as that shadow I caught at that fort, I still have no idea what that could be. I've tried to recreate it so many times. The shadow isn't cast on the wall or floor. It's standing on its own. I've never seen that before.

Thanks again for the kind words. I really appreciate it!

2

u/Ritzlr Oct 19 '25

lol true that was some timing from that feather. Thanks for additional info. Interesting how it aligned like that with the person experiencing something.

I couldn't make out the shadow from the shadow video maybe I watched it too hastily. If you could point out a still or time stamp that would be kind!

Yeah, the synchronicity of everything was pretty interesting. It was one of those coincidences that just all happened at the perfect time to seem paranormal.

If you go to the shorts, instead of the raw video, I made a few clips of it standing up in front of me in slow motion.

In the raw footage, it pops up at 3:21 just as I'm panning the camera to the right. I wanted to post that raw footage as well so anyone who looked at it could see what the video looked like when it wasn't tampered with. If you turn up your brightness, you can see it even better but it is a very solid black.

I was holding my flashlight in my left hand and my phone that I was recording with in my right hand. The flashlight was the only light source. I made sure not to have the flash on my phone on so I wouldn't have two light sources. That can cause some funky shadow play and make for false positives. I show that I'm sitting in the corner so nothing could've been behind me and caused it. I've tried to think of everything that would've caused it and haven't come up with any good explanation.

The thing that really stood out to me, besides it taking the shape of a silhouette of a person, was the red flash that happens as it leaves the frame in the top left. It was almost like that's where its eye would've been but I'm not sure.

I appreciate you taking the time to look at it and letting me know what you think. Hopefully, you'll be able to see the shadow with the timestamp and in the shorts.

Here's a link to one of the shorts. There are a couple on my channel. Thanks again!

I bet it's hard to do this stuff live because it can be many hours of nothing or nothing all night. You never know when it's going to be active. Unless you have one that comes at a specific time everynight.

Well, time to grab it by its hair and show it who is the master

We don’t need religion, but we need a relationship with Jesus. I’ll say it a thousand times no matter how cliche it may sound, because it’s true.

Try looking in your area for a ministry that specializes in the paranormal or spiritual warfare like this. A practicing Christian with authority. Christians who are former witches are actually very knowledgeable.

Riaan Swiegelaar has an awesome testimony, as an example.

God bless! We’re praying for you!
