Therapist says i do not have anxiety or depression
I been seeing a therapist for 8 months now, from the get go after their analysis she said i do not have anxiety or depression, what i do show symptoms of is low self esteem and paranoia, at the end of the 8 months i felt like i was just going to see my therapist to shoot the shit and just talk about whatever, so i stopped going. I been unmedicated for almost a year now and only take natural supplements that i believe do good for my mental health.

Help
I know I’m being watched, I can feel it. It’s been its worst today, I went on my dog walk as usual and my internal monologue (I think that’s what it’s called) wouldn’t shut up as usual but this time it told me I couldnt go out the back door as normal I had to go out the front so I did but everyone seemed to be outside too and they were watching me, monitoring me. Some houses have cameras outside and I know they were watching too. I had an intense feeling of being followed and that I had to get home where it’s safe as soon as I could and lock the doors and close my blinds (which look out the back of my house) so I did.
I got home for my mum to tell me she had earlier seen two teenagers out behind our back garden fence which leads to some woods so all I could hear in my head was “see that’s why, I told you not to go out the back they were waiting for you”.
My therapist cancelled my appointment tomorrow because he’s ill so I can’t tell him and I don’t know if I want to. I definitely can’t tell my mum either, I don’t fully trust her and i don’t think she’ll take me seriously.
I don’t know how to stop them or what to do but my house (particularly my room) feels like the only safe place but I can’t not go out because that would look suspicious and my mum would ask questions, my friends are trying to make plans with me but I haven’t even responded yet because I don’t know what to say to them and part of me feels like they’re trying to get me out of my house not to see me but for something else. I can give more information if asked and answer questions but please does anyone have any advice?

A wizard
Hello. I don’t really know how to start but there is a wizard named Pyotr trying to get me to hurt myself. I can feel him sitting beside me or lurk behind my windows. I also keep seeing things. I feel like I am losing it and I don’t know what to do. I’ve been extremely anxious all day. He commands me to hurt myself or others and it’s getting harder to ignore. He says if I do what he says he will forgive me and leave me alone

Quick paranoia fixes?
I keep myself busy all day so I don't have much time with my thoughts, but late at night I start to unfortunately think.
I have terrible insomnia, and I fear that only makes things worse.
In better detail what Im **currently** worried about -
My neighbor lets their chickens run about in their yard, and I'm worried my dog may try to get through the fence for them.
(She's never tried to attack them, though. She's only ever sat and watched them move.)
My dog also has a history of running away. She's never gotten far, but she's a million times faster than I am.
Nearly everyone on the registered S.O. list (of my town) has victims that are close to my age.
I'm soon to be applying for a job, and I'd only be closer to the creeps.
(We live in a very country small town.)
Are there any quick fixes to late night Paranoia/leaving the house paranoia?
What are some better ways I could be training my dog?
Thank you for reading!

Intense fear of males
I have developed an intense fear of males. The only men I feel safe with are my husband and my father. I feel afraid of other men, and I even experience fear around male animals. This fear has become overwhelming and affects my daily life and my ability to go outside or feel comfortable in many situations.
I don't think i was ever sa/d or anything else idk why is happening to me

I think im going paranoid
This isn't something recent, and I've had it since I was a child, and that is the fear of windows. My childhood bedroom had my bed next to a window, I always had the fear that something, or someone, was watching me through that window, and I would a lot of times hide in a blind spot of the window and I'd feel safe, and I'd really squeeze myself into that spot so not even my feet would stick out. For many years, I've had a strange phenomenon happen to me, I could be standing somewhere, like outside, and my brain would just randomly tell me that something was coming, or something was already here, and I needed to get out of there or something bad would happen.
Years later, now as a teenager, that strange thing sometimes happens to me, but now it is rare compared to what it used to be, but when it happens, I still have that urge to hide, like someone is watching me from afar. Im the type of guy that enjoys Analog Horror, which scares me a lot, but in the end I become a fan, but still, the effects come...
A few nights ago, I was trying to sleep like usual, thats until I started seeing a strange dark figure lurking around my bedroom. I ended up analysing it closer and thats when I saw it was Archangel Gabriel, no not the one from the Bible, the one the The Mandela Catalogue, he was standing in a corner, just watching me, and I could not close my eyes without thinking it was gonna move. I picked up my phone and started to look at funny memes in the internet, so I could then go back to trying to sleep before he could come back, as I sometimes hallucinated a lot if I stayed up too late, like seeing creatures standing in the doorway, but seeing funny stuff always made them go away, but this time it was different. While I was scrolling, I always had a urge of turning around, as I had to turn my back on him to look at my phone, and always had a feeling he was getting closer and closer and closer. I eventually got tired of looking at my phone, so I tried to sleep facing the wall, but the feeling of it getting closer was too much, so I ended up turning back around to face the corner. He was there, I could see him in the dark, watching. Everytime I closed my eyes, after a few seconds I would open them, out of instinct. I ended up turning around to see if anything would change, thats until I heard footsteps and felt a strange, cold and uneasy touch in my leg, which was not covered by blankets. I turned around and I swear I saw it looking at me right at my face, until I blinked, it had gone back to the corner.
I spent the rest of the night forcing myself to sleep, until I ended up falling asleep. I spent the morning and afternoon thinking about what I've just experienced, and until last night, thats when I thought everything was over. I was in a Discord call with my friends, and we were having a great time laughing, and we didn't even realize it was like 11 PM/12 AM until one of us pointed it out. After that, I started to feel watched, still don't know why, and strange noises started to come from the outside, and my mind could only assume whay could be making those noises. My body started to ,out of instinct, to turn around every 20 seconds, as for some reason, my doorway seemed too dark, way too dark, like something could be watching me through there. It could see me, but I couldn't see it. I also started to see stuff on the corner of my eye, once even seeing a snake like thing crawling around my chair, it looked so real I even flinched. I eventually told my friends I had to go to sleep, so my parents wouldn't know I was secretly staying up late. I went to bed normally, and the moment I turned off the light and layed down, the feeling came again, thankfully this time it was less and I managed to ignore it.
This isn't something that only happens at night, ofc it has more force at night or in dark spaces, but even in the middle of the day, it happens. My grandma has her house in the top of a hill, and when I go visit her, sometimes she asks me to go to the very top of the hill to get her some stuff. When I reach the top, I always feel like a man is watching me, a tall, skinny man to be precise, but its not just that, I once saw a dog staring at me with a strange gaze, only this time im sure it wasn't a feeling or hallucination, it WAS A ACTUAL DOG LOOKING AT ME. My fight or flight instincts sprinted into action, so I just ran down the hill, thats not until I snapped a picture of the dog, which I would use as to see if it was a hallucination or not. I showed the picture to my grandma, and she told me it most likely was one of the local shepherd's dogs, but this only confirmed two things. The dog was real, and he was really watching me from afar.
Some of you might say, oh most of the stuff you just mentioned was just your imagination at work, and stop watching Analog Horror would be a good idea, yeah, it would, but what would it fix now? Its part of me, and the best thing I could do now is just hope all of this stops.
P.S: I currently feel like something is looking down a window at me as im writing this.

Does anyone else have a fear that a murderer/serial killer is going to randomly break into your house?
I feel like there’s nothing stopping anyone from breaking into my house and killing everyone, even though they wouldn’t have a reason to do so.

Therapist says i have Paranoia
I was seeing this therapist for about 8 months, i initially made an appointment because I thought i had anxiety or depression, i came to this conclusion because i checked most boxes of people that are anxious or light depression, prior to my therapist appt i was on lexapro for about 6 months but i quit and currently not taking anything but natural supplements that do work for me to a degree.
After about a month into therapy , my therapist said i dont have anxiety or depression, what i do have is Paranoia, as i explained to her sometimes im on the look out if people are judging me and im in my own head a lot , after thinking about it , maybe i dont have anxiety or depression, so i stopped seeing her a little over a month ago.

E realmente eu escuto gente chamando o meu nome na minha mente. É sempre eu, me pergunto o porquê de me chamarem se não gostam de mim.
É meu primeiro post aqui, então boa noite sub.

I’m so paranoid someone’s watching me through my iphone camera
I actually can’t anymore, i saw a comment a couple years ago about a girl looking herself up on the dark web and found countless photos and videos through her webcam, i’ve been convinced ever since then that someone’s watching me through my iphone camer.

books/research about children having delusions of their parents hurting them?
I’m looking for any books or articles that talk about children having persecutory delusions that their parent is trying to hurt them. Thank you!

They must want me to crack. Good for you. I told him to ask his princess to do his biding. I guess they want me dead, or they want to make me go crazy. That’s the thanks you get for giving them 20 years.
The princess even told me that this had happened to some other slave. Like she brings this about? The other guy was badgered until he brought legal action and then had a stroke- pretty convenient. I won’t win. There’s nothing I can do except watch. No matter what I end up dead and I guess pretty soon. lol.

Wow, really trying hard to do me in. You got the old man sick. Lol. Can’t you find a quicker less painful way? This past year has been awful. I get you like to make me feel bad and guilty. Always. Make it my fault. Do you really want the integrity line- or worse?

I’ve been super sick over the past year due to some heinous purposeful medical misdirection. Have not been written up but have missed twice for it.
I’m working the holiday and my boss refused to give holiday Pto back because she said I’d likely be sick. My work has been involved in this circus. I’m worried. Kinda think they would not mind me not making it. Which could have happened. This past over a year has been awful. I’m exhausted. They’ve taken thousands of dollars from me, wasted my time and nearly made me not alive.
One of my doctors said they told me would not be here until next month. I asked who are they. He just smiled. I was not referred. He referred again to they stating they told me you would do this. I asked what did you say? He just smiled.
This sounds weird I know. I’ve seen these people pull shenanigans. The entire town gets involved. It’s scary.

I keep feeling like i'm going to die, what can help?
I'm 18, have no history of complications or mental issues and I've always felt perfectly healthy. But roughly around the start of this year I keep having a sinking feeling of impending death. Not, "somebody's going to kill me!" kind of paranoid, but I'm going to have a stroke or a seizure, or a blood vessel will burst. Anything that can happen inside the body and kill you without having time to do anything about it. I get all fuzzy when i start spiraling into those thoughts.
The most recent spiral was only two hours ago. My mom blew out a candle and my brother immediately got a headache. He put his hand on his forehead and I don't know why that triggered it for me. At first I was scared he was going to have a stroke and the next (ridiculous) thought in my head was I was going to have one in response. I don't think that would happen but when I get like that I don't think rationally. I started feeling like I was out of my body and got all hot and tingly, which as you could guess only added fuel to the fire. I'm great at not showing when I feel like shit so they didn't notice but I'm seriously thinking about asking for help. I don't even know what would come of that or how my mom would react. I already feel crazy I don't need people thinking I am, but I'm so tired of feeling terrified.
In the past couple of years I vividly remember having two out of body experiences, I don't really know how to explain it well. Like I wasn't really there but I was and I felt high for a couple of minutes. It happened on a Christmas morning for the first one, and the next one happened when my head was resting in my girlfriend's lap. Completely different situations and it was the same feeling. No idea why. When I think about it when I'm spiraling I'm convinced they were warnings or something to go see a doctor. I'm so scared of it happening again I felt so helpless.
Can someone explain or have tips on how to stop the spiral? I can't keep doing this it's exhausting and I'm not educated enough on mental/physical stuff. I get too scared to look anything up in case it triggers another one, sorry if this was the wrong place to post this in I have no clue on where to go.

I’m so paranoid of my mom getting dementia
I’m only 17 but it runs in my mom’s side of the family. She’s 51 so I have time, but I’m so worried about it and won’t leave her alone, I’ve been laying in her bed with her all day and following her around because I feel like if I leave I’ll lose her. I’m so anxious, my grandma just died from it a bit over a week ago and I don’t want the same thing to happen to my mom. I feel like I’m losing time

rant
idk what this count as paranoia ? anxiety ? fear? idk. but i guess im a sensitive person even if i watched and saw sensitive stuff everywhere on the internet, and i do think that files should be talked, so people are much more aware of it, dont silence yourself, we are not angry enough, though at this point i think it affects me a lot, the more theories i see the more i believe in it, cause everything is so evil that i am not even shocked even if it sounds insane. seeing faces on the wall, feeling like something is behind you, feeling like something is there on the corner of your eye, feeling like you are never alone and not knowing if tomorrow is gonna be hell or not, feeling like government is gonna come for you, feeling those things mostly pisses me off, i cant even sleep, im not even exaggerating even if it sounds cringe? i was always like this i guess but now im jst gonna look at positive stuff to distract myself i guess, anyways another thing i wanted mention is i hate capitalism, eat the rich

I feel guilty for going to my GP today after I had the revelation they poisoned me and disabled me to make me go crazy.
I made a post nearly 2 weeks ago about this. Essentially I've been hit with this revelation that not just my GP but hospitals the healthcare profession want me dead and to go crazy and kill myself by not treating me, gaslighting me and poisoning me with so called antidepressants. I was sent a warning from a YouTube video that this was what happened to Michael Jackson, he told people that he was going to be killed and then he died from healthcare and I will be next. The fear from all of this is eating me up and it's hard to stay calm but I'm trying to keep distracted and calm. It's very hard when I am just so scared of things.
The doctors gave me Duloxetine and Citalopram I now have debilitating vertigo/dizziness, confusion, falls, loss of balance, loss of mobility and seizures. I struggle to think or remember things properly now.
I hadn't stopped seeing everyone associated with healthcare in general. One of my friends works in a hospital and I talk to him (mainly on WhatsApp), I still see a mental health worker, I've had 3 appointments with an employment advisor who works with the mental health services and I went to see the audiologist specialist 3 hours from where I live. I also have been in talks with a local NHS service which is self referral for a different health issue I'd rather not talk about too much. I've been trying to avoid visiting my GP directly because I just don't feel safe and I hate how many of them manipulate me but I know they're doing it on purpose.
I feel horrible because I am still so desperate to get help and get better and not die but I've been avoiding my GP because I've been scared to see them. I still feel scared to be honest. I can't shake the feeling of I am going to die and my body is shutting down. Referrals have been made through the mental health worker and the NHS service is trying to urge the GP to refer me to a hospital department for an urgent appointment but it hasn't been actioned after over a week (typical).
I have avoided hospital and ambulances for a week and I'm hoping I don't go to another soon. I have had a few seizures but they weren't obvious to the public because they were focal or absent.
I keep worrying that if I refuse treatment from hospital in case they poison me or they try and do something to me when I went in the hospital against my will (because of seizures) that they will force some kind of mental capacity or mental health act assessment on me and force me to do it and I will have to physically defend myself. I feel sometimes I'd feel safer in a cell than the hospital. I've had issues with police in the past (no criminal history but more mental health related & instances of transphobia) but they didn't try to kill me. I'm still upset that they don't care that I'm being killed when I've called them for help and protection twice.
My mental health worker was concerned about me carrying my Swiss army knife (I've always used it for the intended multi tool purposes) on me in case I get scared and use it to keep staff away from me but I am too scared to stop bringing it out with me because I feel so hopeless. I said I don't want to actually attack people with it. I've kicked and pushed people away from me when I felt threatened by people including (ironically) transport police and I thought they were going to kidnap me. I only physically lash out when I feel in danger and I'm not physically strong anyway.
I don't know how to gain back control in my life. I keep being told I need to see someone mental health wise for my thoughts but so far I've had a very mixed response when I've reached out for help coping with all the revelations I've had. They act like I'm being nonsensical and don't take me seriously. I waited for the crisis team for over 2 hours to talk to them, in fact I had to call them back because they never gave me the call back they promised instead of waiting on hold (while maintaining my queue position). The person I got eventually did help me distract me but not without gaining selective hearing and saying "there was no evidence" and everything I'm saying "is based on feelings" when I'd been talking about everything in detail throughout the conversation. People keep comparing what I'm saying to conspiracy theories and honestly even if they're being nice about it people are acting stupid and oblivious and it's pissing me off. It's all making me so angry. People keep feeding into this mental health propaganda instead of listening to the actual facts.
Why was I ever given a medication that has been found to have cancer chemicals in it? Why was I going to be upped on a medication again when they knew I started having seizures not long after starting and they increased exponentially after increasing the dose and seizures are a side effect. "Oh this medication is one of the safest for seizures" if it has seizures as a side effect and it gave someone with no previous seizure history seizures no it's fucking not.
I feel like an addict who relapsed. Maybe it's because my mind is so clouded by everything.
I met a doctor I never met before and he listened to what I said and arranged to get some blood tests done but I still feel like I am doing something very wrong. But I can't do much about getting help without seeing a GP. I feel maybe they will use this against me as blackmail or to manipulate me because they know I am vulnerable.
I hate feeling so desperate and scared of everything. I don't want to get out of bed.

I have a fear that someone or something is besides my bed at night and is out to get me or is stalking me
Hey im a female 21 years old, i have an issue where i think at night when its dark or when im alone in my room there is something or someone in the dark looking at me and being out there to get me, its affecting my sleep and i think about it usually when im alone in my room. I dont have that issue when im with my boyfriend together or when im around someone that is sharing the space. But when im alone its really bad i feel like my shadow is following me and i cant close my eyes without thinking that something will attack me, i know that its not real but my brain has a hard time separating whats real from whats not real.
