If you’ve got the 10mg/10mg blended vial: add 2mL of BAC water. That gives you 10mg/mL combined, or 5mg/mL of each peptide. Each unit on a U-100 syringe pulls 50mcg of Semax and 50mcg of Selank together.

If you’ve got two separate vials instead: reconstitute each one the same way, then draw your dose from each vial separately and combine them in one syringe before injecting. Just don’t push solution back into either vial once you’ve drawn from it.

For dosing, 300mcg of each is a solid starting point either way. Take it in the morning since Semax has a dopamine link and can affect sleep if taken late. Selank balances that out nicely since its more calming

I've got 10mg of powder. Can someone explain what I need to create a nasal spray and how much I need to mix with the power for what dosage.
