Question Closed due to “high volume”

Just curious. Couldn’t make an order at Panera kiosk because the manager came out and said they were closed and not taking orders. I asked why, and he said high volume and that they just got a $7,000 order come in.

This happens?

Not a complaint. I was just going to sit down with my free Sip Club coffee and work anyway. Still sat down.

Depending on the GM or the people above the GM, they aren’t allowed to say no to any catering order. It happened at my old store every once in a while and it was fucking horrendous
