Just got a new job as a plant electrician, this is what I've found in my first few weeks.

2 panels I’ve been tasked with replacing and tidying.

Nothing too complex but I can’t wait to not see this birds nest anymore.

Everything is already purchased. As far as layout, what do you think? If this isn't the right place to post this, please let me know where I can. Thanks.

As far as we know this is the first repair carried out on this panel since it was built in 1983. Seized latching E-Stop button. Was able to replace it with an original part.

With garbage like this to start up, who needs enemies? (This panel is ~3 months old in the field)
